light-emitting diodes: the colors include red, yellow, green, blue and so on. There are three commonly used SMD LED package
forms: 0805, 1206, 1210.
Red, of which voltage is generally 2.2 V, and the current is about 20mA. The voltage of white, blue, purple, green is 3.0-3.4V, and the current is about 20mA.
Small size, low power consumption, long service life, high brightness, environmentally friendly, sturdy and reliable, suitable for mass production, fast response, shockproof, energy saving, high resolution, shock resistance, designable and so on.
According to the luminous color of the tube, it can be divided into red, orange, green (and subdivide yellow-green, standard green and pure green), blue, white light and so on. In addition, some light-emitting diodes contain chips of two or three colors.
According to whether the light emitting diode is doped with or without scattering agent, colored or colorless, the light-emitting diodes of the above colors can also be divided into four types: colored transparent, colorless transparent, colored scattering and colorless scattering. Scattering light emitting diodes is used as indicator lights.
In general, SMD diode display screen uses red, green or blue more in diode manufacturers. As for lighting, white LED supplier
is more popular.
Divided by distribution map:
(1) High directivity. It is usually a pointed epoxy package, or a metal reflector package, and no scattering agent is added. With a half-value angle of 5°～20° or less, the rectifier bridge has high directivity and can be used as a local lighting source or combined with an optical detector to form an automatic detection system.
(2) Standard type. It is usually used as an indicator lamp, and its half-value angle is 20°～45°.
(3) Scattering-type. This is a large angle of view indicator, and its half-value angle is 45°～90° or more, and the amount of scattering agent is large.
